I really like this book and have purchased for others too. This is a real Native American and it is a must have for biologists and gardeners and storytellers in my mind.
I have so much good to say about this book. All the stories engage my four year old who just can't get enough. It's so easy to relate to nature at her level and she grasps it all. Observing her reaction to the stories is like experiencing an ancient magical language translated. This book is a rare find and I'm so fortunate to have one. Thank you for this gift.
I am waldorf teacher and have had great success with the stories found in this book with children in second and third grade.
